LeeLou Blogs lets you choose from scrapbook paper-like backgrounds. For about $20, they'll customize a background of your choice with your blog title, a tagline, and even a picture ( optional ). Or, you can choose from their free pictures.
Shizoo Design has about 556 backgrounds to choose from. They have almost any backgrounds- from shapes to textures to abstract rainbows.
