Adding A Custom Favicon

A favicon is the small little icon on top of your tab. When you start a blog with Blogger, your automatic favicon is the Blogger logo.


To add a custom favicon, first, find an image. You can go to Google Images and find an image, or upload your own. 

But the catch is, your image has to be exactly square to work. To change your image to a square image, go to Paint. 


Open your image in paint, and then click "Resize". Select "Pixels" and uncheck "Maintain aspect ratio". Then, type in the SAME NUMBER under "Horizontal" & "Vertical".  


 Add anything you'd like, like text or graphic, and save it to your desktop.


Now, go back to Blogger, and click "Layout".


You should see "Favicon" above your blog's title. Click "Edit" and upload your image.

    awesome I did that for my elf on a shelf blog elfonshelfcookie.blogspot.com i did a mini cookie can u do a post on how to do that cool cow thing u have on ur blog and how to make that picture at the top of the blog like how urs is like all jewels and sparkles. plz i need major work with my blog.
